• Generates AI-powered email replies
• Provides email analytics and insights
• Helps you achieve inbox zero efficiently

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Not use the Service for spam or malicious activities

4. Gmail Access

To provide our services, we require access to your Gmail account through OAuth 2.0:

• We only access emails necessary to provide the Service
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings
• We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy
• We never store your Gmail password

5. Subscription & Payment

For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We are not liable for downtime beyond our control
• Free tier users may experience rate limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Mail Organizer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mail Organizer is not liable for:

• Loss of data due to user error
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Gmail API)
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for subscription services
